Refund policy
Bespoke Dining Tables
Every BeMadeTM dining table is individually made to order to match your chosen size, shape, base design and finish. Because of this:
- Once your order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless
- The dining table arrives faulty
- The dining table does not match the agreed specification
- The dining table is damaged during delivery
- We provide a 24-hour window after placing your order where you may cancel or make changes before production begins. After this point, cancellations and amendments are no longer possible.
- After your dining table is delivered and it does not match your agreed specification, is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost.
Chairs & Standard Items
Our dining chairs and other non-bespoke items can be returned under the standard UK 14-day cooling-off period
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving delivery, for any reason.
- To do this, please let us know in writing (email or our contact form) within this timeframe.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.
- Unless faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
Delivery Damage
We occasionally carry out deliveries of our chairs by use of external couriers. If your item was damaged during transit:
- Ensure the issue is noted with the delivery driver if possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the chairs.
Non-returnable Items
- Custom-made products/ items.
- Items showing signs of misuse, mishandling, or neglect.
- Products not reported as damaged within the return window.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds for returned items (that qualify under this policy) will be processed as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 days after the item is received (for standard items) or after we have agreed the issue (for bespoke items when faulty or wrong).

Your mail must include:
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- Item(s) concerned
- Photos (if faulty, damaged or incorrect)
- Description of the issue or desired outcome (refund, replacement, etc.)
Exclusions & Important Notes
Please note the following important exclusions and guidelines. These details are provided to ensure clarity, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
- Slight variations in colour, grain, pattern, or finish for bespoke items may occur due to natural materials or batch differences and are not considered faults.
- We recommend keeping packaging until you are satisfied with your item.
- Clearance or sale items may be non-returnable unless faulty; this will be clearly stated at point of sale.
